Gaia Journey started from a simple question: why do people come home from a holiday more tired than when they left?

We build trips that leave room for actual rest. No schedule so tight that you spend the day chasing a guide. Accommodation, food and pace are chosen around the traveller's body first.

We travel every route ourselves first. The places we recommend are places we have slept in; the restaurants are ones we have eaten at — not pictures found online.

Small groups, never more than twelve, so the conversation stays open and we can genuinely change the plan when someone has had enough.
