Refund Policy

Plans change. These terms are written plainly up front so there is nothing to argue about later.

• 30 or more days before departure — full refund
• 15–29 days before departure — 50% refund
• Fewer than 14 days — no refund, as accommodation and transport are already paid

You may move your dates once at no charge, if you tell us at least 15 days before departure and move to an available departure within six months.

If we cancel a trip, for any reason, you always get a full refund — or you can move to another departure.

Within 14 working days of the agreement, returned to the method you paid with.
