Terms of Service

These terms apply to every booking with Gaia Journey. Sending a booking request means you have read them.

A request sent through the website is not yet a confirmed booking. Our team contacts you to confirm the dates, the number of travellers and the payment method. The booking is complete once the deposit is paid.

A 50% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due at least 14 days before departure.

We are responsible for what is listed in the tour programme. Where something outside our control occurs — weather, natural events, or instructions from the authorities — we will find the closest alternative and tell you as soon as we know.

Trips listed as including insurance are covered by the stated policy. Please tell us about any medical condition before you travel.
